Contact ourgames.life
Need help, spotted a mistake, or have a privacy or copyright request? Here is how to reach the person behind ourgames.life and what to expect when you do. We are an independent, Early Access product, so the fastest and most reliable way to contact us is by email.
This page will be updated as new features (screen-sharing frame analysis, Buy & Download links, and Party rooms) move from planned to live.
How to reach us
The best way to contact us is by email at hello@ourgames.life. ourgames.life is an Early Access product built and operated by an independent developer, so there is no phone line or physical support desk — email reaches us directly.
We read every message but cannot promise a specific response time. To help us reply faster, please include the page or feature involved, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and a screenshot if relevant. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in your message.
We answer in English. If you are writing about the topics below (corrections, copyright, or privacy), noting that in your subject line helps us route your request correctly.
Support and feedback
For help using the AI gaming Sidekick, the Game Academy lessons, or the embedded YouTube walkthrough segments, email hello@ourgames.life with a description of the problem. Because this is an Early Access product, some features are still rough or changing, and your reports genuinely shape what we fix next.
The Sidekick answers questions like "how do I get past X" and includes spoiler controls; if you feel it revealed too much, gave wrong guidance, or behaved unexpectedly, let us know so we can improve it. The Sidekick is powered by an AI model (Anthropic Claude or an OpenAI-compatible model) with a local fallback, and like all AI it can be wrong — treat its answers as suggestions, not official strategy guides.
We welcome feature requests and general feedback at the same address. Please tell us which game and platform you are playing so we can reproduce issues accurately.
Content corrections
If a lesson, Sidekick response pattern, or walkthrough reference contains an error — outdated steps, an incorrect tip, or a mislabeled game — email hello@ourgames.life with the specifics and we will review and correct it.
ourgames.life is a fan resource. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game publisher or developer. All game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we make our best effort to represent games accurately. If we have gotten something wrong or misattributed something, tell us and we will fix or remove it.
Embedded video walkthroughs are shown through the official YouTube IFrame Player API. We embed videos — we never download, re-host, or re-upload them, and we do not suppress YouTube's ads or player controls. If you are a video creator and have a question about how your content is embedded, contact us at the address above.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content on ourgames.life infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@ourgames.life with a takedown request. Please identify the specific material and where it appears (a link or page), describe the work you say is infringed, provide your contact information, and confirm that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
We take these requests seriously and will review and act on valid notices promptly, including removing or disabling access to the material where appropriate.
For embedded YouTube videos: because these are streamed from YouTube rather than hosted by us, complaints about the video content itself are usually best directed to YouTube. We will, however, remove an embed from our pages on request.
Privacy and data-deletion requests
To ask what personal data we hold, request a copy, or request deletion, email hello@ourgames.life and describe what you would like us to do. We will handle privacy requests directly.
We build privacy-first by default. The AI Sidekick processes the questions you send it in order to answer them, and it can be used with a local fallback. We do not run any continuous recording of your activity.
For planned features, our commitments apply when those features are introduced. Browser gameplay screen-sharing with AI frame analysis will process screen frames only when you explicitly ask for analysis; individual frames are temporary and deleted after they are analyzed, with no full gameplay recording by default. Private Party voice-and-text rooms will not continuously record or transcribe voice — audio is for live communication only. We will update this page with concrete details as each feature goes live.
Purchases and affiliate links
When introduced, our "Buy & Download" links will point to authorized retailers such as GOG, Green Man Gaming, Fanatical, Epic, or publisher storefronts. Some of these will be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them — at no extra cost to you. We disclose this wherever such links appear.
We do not process game payments ourselves. All purchases, downloads, refunds, and payment support are handled by the retailer under their own terms and policies. If you have a billing or order problem, please contact the store where you bought the game.
If a "Buy & Download" link is broken or points to the wrong product once these links are live, let us know at hello@ourgames.life and we will correct it.
